Free In-Store Pick-up

Shop on-line and pick-up your order at our store free. In some cases, we will need to ship your products to the store. Please call ahead before pick-up to ensure your order is ready. You will need to provide an ID when picking up in-store.

Shipping Information

Products usually ship within 24 Business Hours (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays not included). If your item is out of stock, you will be promptly notified. Notification will be through the e-mail address you've supplied us. Split Orders: Shipping on each order is to a single address and for a single shipment. If it is indicated on our Web site that an item will not be available to ship until a certain date, the other items on that order will need to be shipped at the same time, otherwise it would incur an additional shipping charge.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

Returns: 30-Day Money Back Guarantee* -Check your Packing Slip Make sure you’re within the 30 days return period. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL saleable condition to be accepted. -Include a copy of this packing slip & return by insured UPS, FedEx or USPS. -Products must be returned in the original package and/or packing materials. Please do not destroy packages when opening. Do not tear foam, box or enclosure cards. Products must be returned in original like-new condition. -Damage by improper packaging, care or handling is not returnable. -Your money will be refunded, less shipping and handling charges within 30 days of return receipt of goods (usually much sooner). -If we do make a mistake, please contact us, you can rest assured that we will try to fix it.

Customer is responsible for contacting Smooth and Silky LLC regarding returns. Smooth and Silky LLC is not responsible for misdirected mail or E-mail for any unforeseen delays in shipping.

All unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival. Smooth and Silky will refund the cost of any returned items minus shipping, if the item is returned within the specified time and conditions. Sorry, we do not reimburse customer return costs.

If there is any damage at the time you receive the item you must notify us immediately.

Any sign of external package damage must be noted to the shipping company (UPS, or freight companies) at the time of delivery.
